At Edmonds Eyewear we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we manage the shipping and delivery of your eyewear purchases.

Shipping time

Orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 22:00 will be shipped the next business day.

You will receive your order within 1-4 business days. We depend on shipping companies and sometimes delays can occur. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact our customer service.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This way you can follow the progress of your delivery and know exactly when to expect it.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship orders within the Netherlands.

Postage costs

We offer a flat rate of €4.95 for orders under €100 within the Netherlands. Orders of €100 or more are shipped for free.

Cancel/change order

Once you have received an email confirming the shipment of your order, it is no longer possible to change your order or address details.

If you have made a mistake in your address details, please contact our customer service immediately.
