30-day return window

You have up to 30 days after the delivery date to return your sunglasses for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping time is not included in the return period.

Returns process

Return costs

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

Refund procedure
